Both in house and virtual, I offer a range of services from menopause health coaching to nutrition coaching and personal training.
MOVEMENT COACHING
Personal Training - In person or online app based programming
Together let's get the results you want! Work directly with me towards your specific goals whatever they are, including strength, flexibility, weight-loss, pre/post surgical rehab, muscle build, or sports/event specific training (from marathons to world travel).
I work with clients in 2 main ways:
1. In person small group Personal Training - follow your own program but 'share' the cost - 6.30am ONLY, Ponsonby Physiotherapy Private gym - $55 per session (only 2 spaces left as of March 2026).​
2. Online Coaching - I create a personalised program for you based on an extensive assessment and your specific goals. Your program is run on an easy to use training App that you can follow anywhere (public gym, home gym or hotel etc) with weekly accountability, form checks and assistance.

NUTRITION COACHING
Virtual / Online Only
Personalised weekly nutrition coaching designed around your specific needs, goals and lifestyle. Great nutrition supports us in living a stronger and more healthful life whether that's helping you to maintain your current weight, build more muscle, lose body/belly fat or even gain weight. Most often Nutrition coaching and Health coaching go hand in hand as both focus on your lifestyle and mindset first and foremost.
