Hello

My name is Kit Finlayson

I'm a certified coach with over 20 years of experience in personal training, movement coaching, Pilates, nutrition, and health. My interest in women's health and wellbeing has been a lifelong pursuit, but it became even more personal when I faced significant challenges in my early 40s. I gained serious weight and experienced health and mobility issues, which drove me to educate myself more.

I wanted to understand why weight gain had become so much harder to control and why maintaining my health had become more difficult. Through my research and personal experience, I realized that hormonal changes during perimenopause were a big factor, along with other lifestyle factors and habits that no longer served me. This led me to develop a unique nutrition and exercise approach that transformed my own health and wellness and has helped hundreds of other women as well.

Today, I'm passionate about supporting women around the world to achieve their health and wellness goals, especially during perimenopause and other life transitions. My approach is designed to help women feel like themselves again and live their best lives.
